Success
in stamping and deep drawing is directly
related to the quality of tooling.
Starting
from the drawing of the part, we define
the manufacturing sequence,
design and produce each of the tooling stations,
while constantly optimzing in-line setting.
To
do this, we have chosen to rely on the competence
of two designers and a solid team of 10
tooling mechanics. They are assisted
by TELL DESKTOP CADD software.
This type of complete integration is an
enourmous advantage in maintenance, flexibility
and reactivity.
We
have a precision mechanics workshop available
and equipped with conventional and numerical
equipment:

- EDM and die-sinking
machines
- NC milling machines
- Grinding machines
